Contentment

The first aim of spirituality and meditation is to find contentment with who you are and contentment with the world. Even when your childhood memories are (very) unhappy and still seem to disrupt your life, you cannot change what happened. Meditation and healing helps to let go of these memories. Once the energetic charge of the memories dissolves, they become just one of your life stories without disrupting your life that much anymore.

The second part of the show is a shamanic meditation ritual in which negativity and heavy feelings can transform. When you exclusively listen to it and let the sounds of drum, rattle and chant flow through you feel more peaceful at the end which is the basics to find this contentment.
