Attention Management is the first step to Meditation. It is the most necessary step of stopping the inner monologue or ‘taming the tiger’.

Harmony in life comes when you fully live in the now. It is in the here and now that you have unlimited possibilities and create. To get aware of this unlimited potential the best thing to do is to get your energy in the here and now. Starting with Attention Management, in this lesson you learn to get your energy back out of past, present and future.  

  • Flowing Energy

Let your energy flow and let go of energetic blockages and old (negative) ways of thinking and feeling. When your energy flows naturally and optimally, you have more energy available, become less disturbed by energies from other people and the world around you and more easily find creative and intuitive solutions for what you encounter in life.

  • Shamanic Journeying

One of the most known techniques of shamanism and a good introduction to experience wider states of consciousness is Shamanic Journeying. Journeying is a tool to find inspiration and transformation on a deeper level. In this lesson you make a shamanic journey yourself and connect to your inner power.
